Human Rights Watch was not there at the time and did not complete an independent investigation.
They are also a political group that disproportionately focuses on Israel.
The evidence is in that at the very least it was an accident on Israel's part, and it very likely was in fact Palestinian. The fact that the Palestinians have blocked any independent investigation - yes - the Palestinians - makes it seem all the more likely that the Palestinians in fact bombed Gaza. After all, wouldn't they look for every opportunity to blame Israel?

Just because the government or the military says something is or isn't so, doesn't make it so.
Really? But faux news told me they were clear credible, and complete.
