That 'crazy Clinton moment'

I am sure you all know by now of Clinton's outburst on Fox News, with Chris Wallace. I believe that Jonah Goldberg perfectly analyzed the underlying issue - namely, whether Clinton was 'soft on terror' during his presidency. Go read what he has to say!

I do remember Clinton faced a lot of flack from the left for some of his decisions. Sadly, too many folks forget the past and decide to draw partisan battle lines.

I have two things to say.

1) Clinton deserves credit for his preemptive attacks without UN approval on Saddam Hussein in 1998, Osama bin Laden in 1998, and Slobodan Milosevic in 1999. Democrats who oppose Bush for preemptive attacks logically cannot defend Clinton with any basis.

2) Many Republicans, out of power for six years, became just as loony, desperate, and angry as the Democrats have become today. This should serve something to be avoided, not something to be emulated.
